48 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Optometry is a four-year full-time undergraduate course offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
- The course commences in August of every year. It is a full time course with theory, practical and clinical session.
- For both theory and practical medium of instruction will be English. Candidates are expected to write their examination in English only.
NSO offers 4 years Bachelor of Science in Optometry (BSc. Optometry) course affiliated with RGUHS, Karnataka, where students shall undergo a period of certified study extending for three academic years followed by one year compulsory internship.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates must have obtained 50% marks taken together in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics in the higher secondary Examination that is equivalent to 10+2. Candidates who have completed their 2/3 years of diploma in optometry can take admission directly in the second year of BSc. Optometry. Admission to the Next higher class is subject to satisfactory progress, behavior & attendance.
