About NSS College, Nemmara
Nair Service Society College, (NSS College), set up in 1967, located in Nemmara, Kerala is an affiliated college of University of Calicut. The college is re-accredited by NAAC. NSS College is located on a large area of 38 acres and extends numerous undergraduate and advanced programmes. With a total strength of 1,512 students and faculty of 42 members, NSS College takes ample care in providing a well-suited atmosphere. The college offers 18 courses, namely BA, B.Sc with different specialisations and postgraduate courses like M.Com, M.Sc.
The list of facilities aimed at enriching the learning experience is endless. There are well-maintained and properly equipped hostels for boys and girls accommodating the entire strength of students enrolled. The college has a well-maintained common library with an aggregate of around 30,000 books, making it a hub of knowledge. It also provides NSS and NCC facilities for all the students. College Infrastructure
Poor infrastructure as they don't provide any new facilities technologies and innovation. It is maintained as how it was built. Even the college don't have a proper hostel system and people have to take P.G near the campus which is very hard to find.

NSS College Nemmara is very poor in infrastructure as it is a very old government college located in rural area so there won't be any advanced facilities but there is great peace and serenity around because of the greenery which makes the college alive.

The infrastructure here is very poor but the only thing that made me really like about this college is the greenery. There is peace in the college but the facilities provided here are very poor and low maintained.
