In 2008, The Oxford College of Engineering and Management Bhubaneswar was established. Oxford College of Engineering and Management's main aim is to promote technical/professional education in the country. The college offers Diploma and undergraduate courses in Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and others.
Oxford College of Engineering and Management is approved as per AICTE norms and is a Co-Ed college. Oxford College of Engineering and Management is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. Oxford College of Engineering and Management Bhubaneswar also called OCEM Bhubaneswar offers courses in Diploma, and B.E/B.Tech. Admission into B.E/B. Tech courses are given based on the valid scores acquired by the students in the OJEE/AIEEE (Conducted by NTA) and Other State Jee scores.
