48 MonthsBachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level pharmacy education course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- The Candidates who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Botany & Zoology, or Mathematics and passed in English individually. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST the marks obtained shall be 35% instead of 40% for General category candidates.
- English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 to be eligible for admission.
- The candidates who have passed any qualifying examination other than the Higher Secondary Course Examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu shall submit the eligibility certificate from the Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University and such admissions are provisional till the University approves.
- Pass in D. Pharmacy course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
