Pfutsero Government College located at Zhipa colony, pfutsero, of Phek district, Nagaland serves the cause of higher education in the region. This affiliated college was set up in 1982 and therefore it has been training young people for registered over four decades. The institution is located on a large piece of land of 19 acres and provide numerous programmes for 342 of its students. Business college has 38 members of faculty and is capable to provide individual approach since the number of students per teacher is optimal. Pfutsero Government College is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) which shows its concern on the issue of quality in both academic and institutional level.

In addition to books the library has subscribed to different journals, magazines and newspapers to meet the current information and research needs of the students.
