Post Graduate College of Law, Osmania University, Basheerbagh was established in 1899. It is a constituent college of Osmania University. The college is more than a hundred years old. The college offers various programmes at diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD levels. PGCLOU Basheerbagh courses cover five-year Integrated BA LLB programme, L.L.M programme in six specialisations, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights and PhD programmes. Candidates aspiring to take admission to the college must satisfy the eligibility criteria. 

For PGCLOU Basheerbagh admissions at the UG level, the candidates must appear in the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad. Similarly, for LLM admissions, the candidates must qualify for PGLCET conducted every year in the state. The college also offers many facilities on its campus.
