Prabhath Institute of Pharmacy, Nandyal was established in the year 2008, as one of the prime educational hubs in Andhra Pradesh, India. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and provides specialised programmes in Pharmaceutical Sciences. The institute has faculty strength of 25 dedicated professionals that impart ideal learning to the aspiring pharmacists. Prabhath Institute of Pharmacy offers three full-time courses: one undergraduate and two postgraduate programmes with different specialisations in the pharmacy area. 

Prabhath Institute of Pharmacy is well endowed with various facilities that are quite modern and were put up to enhance the students' learning experience. Inside the campus, there are well-appointed separate hostels for boys and girls in order to give a home-away-from-home atmosphere. These hostels are provided with central purified water plants and 24-hour hot water facilities to ensure comfort and convenience for residents. The state-of-the-art computer laboratory of the Institute with more than 100 branded systems and internet connectivity helps students further their practical knowledge and keep them updated about technological evolvement. 

Prabhath Institute of Pharmacy offers a total of three courses, all full-time programmes. Courses offered by the institute at undergraduate and postgraduate levels include one undergraduate programme, that is, the Bachelor of Pharmacy, and at the postgraduate level, there are two: Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics and M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance. The total sanctioned intake for said courses is 64, out of which 40 are for the B.Pharma course and 24 for the combined M.Pharma courses.
