Priyadarshini Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Rourkela started in 1985 is a constituent college of SAMS at the Jalda, Sundargarh of Odisha. As a women’s institution we offer quality education to ladies in a conducive environment. Situated on a campus of 9.99 acres the college as of now has a student strength of 359 and a faculty strength of 18 members. The above institution offers only one course and they are Arts. In line with this principle, the college for women is named Priyadarshini Women’s College.

Facilities include a learning resource centre, computing facilities, art had a science laboratories, music rooms, sports hall/gymnasium, Priyadarshini Mahila Mahavidyalaya possesses a wide inventory of resources that aims at improving the student’s academics. Although the college currently has only one degree programme, the school believes in arts and has put resources into arts education. The BA programme may therefore include a list of courses within the arts stream to ensure that student achieves a general education that can prepare him or her for any job or to continue with further studies.
