Situated in Jaitee, Belghat, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, PT Hari Sahay PG College, Gorakhpur was established in the year 2004 and is an affiliated college. The college is duly approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE, New Delhi. The campus spreads over 5.14 acres with 11 courses in 6 different degree programmes and a total student enrolment of 1,866 students. It aims to impart quality education in Education, Arts, Commerce, and Science with the availability of 42 dedicated faculties in PT Hari Sahay PG College.

PT Hari Sahay PG College has a number of facilities that enable an enriching experience in the learning and developmental activities of the students. There is a well-stocked library that functions as a knowledge hub by providing access to wide academically resourceful literature for the students. PT Hari Sahay PG College offers courses from undergraduate to postgraduate levels. The college offers 11 full-time courses in different streams. At the undergraduate level, the college offers B.Ed, B.Com, BA, and B.Sc. If one wants to go for higher studies, there are MA programmes in Hindi, Sociology, Political Science, Education, Ancient History, Home Science, and M.Com. 

The admission procedure in PT Hari Sahay PG College is fair and based on merit. In the B.Ed course, admission is provided at the entrance and/or qualifying examination marks, subject to the policies prescribed by the state government and university. The merit-based approach is followed for other courses by the college, based on academic performance in the previous qualifying examinations.
