Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Institute of Management and Technology, popularly known as RRSIMT, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, was started in the year 2008 as an affiliated college. Sprawling over a vast area of 60 acres, RRSIMT has managed to build a place for itself in the realm of technical education. This AICTE-approved institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs rich in variety. With a total enrolment of students at 586 and a faculty strength of 65, the Institute has a healthy student-teacher ratio to ensure personal attention to each learner. The institute has ensured gender diversity with its student body strength composed of 27 males and 17 females.
Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Institute of Management and Technology has excellent facilities to enhance the learning environment. The institute has an individual hostel facility for both boys and girls, accommodating over 300 students in each hostel. Neat, well-ventilated, fully furnished rooms allow the students to be comfortable in terms of living. The working days also include a well-equipped library from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It subscribes to 53 national/international journals, comprising an extensive collection of 1,100 titles and 23,765 volumes. These students also have the benefit of a book bank facility and a CD library with over 300 CDs. Gymnasiums and sports facilities are provided for the health and fitness enthusiasts at RRSIMT. Other facilities reflecting the institute's commitment to holistic development in its students include an auditorium for cultural events, and seminars, and a health centre with first-aid facilities.
RRSIMT offers various streams of technical courses with a major emphasis on engineering disciplines at the undergraduate level. The institute currently offers six B. Tech programs and one MBA program, totalling seven full-time courses. The B.Tech programs include Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
