In an effort to enhance the employability of its students, RGCET has introduced the Mettl Employability Test. This innovative approach is assisting over 700 recruiters in identifying a candidate’s suitability for a specific job role.

Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, Pondicherry was established in the year 1999 by Sri Balaji Educational and Charitable Public Trust. Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, Pondicherry is affiliated to Pondicherry University, Puducherry. RGCET Pondicherry has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade and NBA accreditation.

RGCET Pondicherry offers a total of 10 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA. sports ground is very big and conducts the sports meet every year in the college. hostels are available for girls and boys. classrooms having good ventilation. and few classes have smart boards. labs are available with good equipment.
