The placement cell of RGCET Pondicherry is a dedicated team that provides training and guidance to students for their career development. The RGCET placement cell organises various activities such as aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions, resume writing, soft skills development, industry visits, guest lectures, workshops and seminars.

The placement cell of RGCET Pondicherry also invites reputed companies for campus recruitment and maintains a good rapport with them. The RGCET Pondicherry highest package offered to the students in 2025 is Rs. 6 LPA. Some of the top RGCET placement recruiters of the college are TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Deloitte, Kaar Technologies, Sutherland Global Solutions and many more. The placement is dependent on you studies and skills. Only you can get placed if you are will skilled and bold. They are arranging for placements and few companies only may arrive the college. They also intimate us to apply for outside companies for the students . They guide us a lot about the placements. The average sallary of the placement is dependent of the company. It will be an average of 1 to 5 lakh per annum. There will be more than 75 percentage students will be placed every year in every department. The college is supportive but don't expect much.
