Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri, widely known by its abbreviation RECM, is a government engineering college in the core of Uttar Pradesh, India. The college, established in 2015, is sited in a 20-acre campus on NH-84 Road in Nouner, Mainpuri district. The college offers quality technical education affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college allows its students to study with a maximum of 761 students and 24 faculty in the college. There are five specialised B.Tech programmes in various branches of engineering at RECM, and this diversity ensures a variety of technical expertise waiting in the industry. 

Rajkiya Engineering College boasts many facilities intended to enhance the overall experience of students. The campus hosts separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Hostel facilities create comfort for out-of-town students. A knowledge powerhouse with its well-stocked library, state-of-the-art laboratories, and practical learning infrastructural requirements across the various departments, priority is also given to physical well-being through sports and a gymnasium for students to lead a healthy life. RECM has excellent IT infrastructure to support its academic activities, keeping students well connected and equipped with online resources. At present, the Rajkiya Engineering College Mainpuri runs five B.Tech programmes having an intake of sixty students in each programme; thus, the total seats for all four courses are 240 at present. The courses offered in the main engineering disciplines offer students basic inputs in the stated areas. The current college is centred on the disciplines of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Computer Science Engineering, which has a handsome rate for each course. With a total enrolment equal to the approved intake of 761, the student-to-faculty ratio is optimal for RECM to provide each student with personal attention and achieve effective learning outcomes. 

Admission at Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri is majorly on the basis of State Entrance Examination, Uttar Pradesh Technical University (SEE-UPTU). This is the examination whose score conducts a very fair and competitive level of selection to an aspiring engineer.
