Ranjeet Singh Institute of Education and Technology Sultanpur set up in 2014 is an affiliated college in the state of Uttar Pradesh India. The institute is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and comprises of several courses in education. The capacity of the institute is small with total student strength of 77 students and the faculty strength of 17 the institute promises personal attention. The college provides three degree courses; Education, and arts. It is a co-educational institution which means it admits students of both; male and female which creates a more productive learning environment. 

Ranjeet Singh Institute of Education and Technology has a number of amenities that facilitates students’ learning and general experience. A well-equipped library acts as an information centre for both the student and the members of the faculty. Any enthusiasts who prefer exercise or any physical activities, there are areas for sports to encourage the physical exercises. The college also has departmental laboratories, where students get practical experience. Having a health centre together with the first aid facilities is very important for the care of the entire campus community. A technological infrastructure, capable of underpinning today’s learning theories, is also provided by the institute; apart from that, in one of the buildings there is an auditorium where various events and seminars are held. To enhance the convenience of the students, the college offers transport facilities to the students. Comfortable class rooms and a guest house to accommodate the guest faculty and the family members are additional facilities provided. 

Ranjeet Singh Institute of Education and Technology provides a total of three programmes. Of the three of them, they are two education related programmes and one arts programmes. The institute has a total approved intake of one fifty located in B.Ed and D.El.Ed though the intake capacity for the BA programme . The current total enrolment is 77 students, evidencing a small classroom setting an ideal learning environment. 

Ranjeet Singh Institute of Education and Technology follows the direct admission process it may admit students based on their performance on the last qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. For the B,Ed programme the admissions are made according to merit principle as per the guidelines of the state government, UT administration and the affiliated University. Likewise, the D.El.Ed programme admission also follows the merit system and follows the rules and regulation set by the state government/ UT administration.
