Rastraveer Nihalarati College of Commerce and Management, Varanasi, was set up in the year 2011, which is an affiliated college in Varanasi city of Uttar Pradesh. The faculty recognised by NCTE offers six combined programmes in commerce, management, and education. The college has a total strength of 448 students, including both men and women, and has 11 faculty members. 

The college boasts well-equipped facilities that improve the learning environment of the students in the college. The major collection is housed in the central library at ground level, consisting of more than fifteen thousand text and reference books on various disciplines. Rastraveer Nihalarati College of Commerce and Management College provides a total of six full-time courses for students according to their field of interest and career prospects. The programmes are for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across areas like commerce, computer applications, business administration, science, and education. The college has taken an enrolment of fifty students for the D.El.Ed. programme itself, which shows that the college trainer himself to be a teacher.
