72 MonthsThe Ph.D. program in Education shall be for a minimum of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s degree in Education or equivalent in a relevant discipline with 55 % marks in aggregate or CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale for general category. For SC and ST candidates there will be a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate marks or CGPA of 0.5 on a 10 point scale.
