Rayat Institute of Management, Railmajra (RIM) is today’s one of the rapidly growing Private Management Institute established in the year 2003. Operating from the Rupnagar in the vicinity of Chandigarh, Punjab, the Institute sprawls over an area of 5.1 acres. RIM is among the affiliated colleges recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and provides students with various degrees in management and technology. The intake capacity of the students in the institute is 392, but the faculty strength is just 10, which shows that there is adequate care and good education is provided. RIM provides 12 courses under 8 degree programmes containing MBA, BBA, BCA and B.Com (Hons), digital marketing, agriculture, computer science etc.

The total approved student intake for all courses is 392 and the MBA occupies the largest number in the course catalog being 120. 

For MBA admission, RIM may very well consider scores on national level tests like the CAT, the MAT or state level examinations. For under graduate course like BBA & BCA the institute may take 10+2 marks and its own entrance test / interview.
