The campus is very huge and has a very large number of students studying various courses. The entire department, including BBA, has separate buildings with good furniture and maintenance. The classrooms are clean, well-maintained, and conducive to study classes, but the internet connectivity is not good throughout the campus.
Academics
The staff in the BBA department are friendly and professional. The majority of the faculty members have good teaching experience and understand how to guide students professionally. They assist in removing misconceptions and tend to share practical knowledge and theory.
Placements
Even with the poor placement situation, well-planned study students with good communication and basic business knowledge are getting placed. New companies continue to visit the campus, particularly for marketing and sales positions.

I don't know about placements that's much but our BMS department faculty are very supportive in everything be it person life or professional they will guide us whenever we need also there is placement cell in college.

I would rate my college infrastructure average it's not that good compare to other college the college looks good from outside but form inside it need repairs plasters of walls falling down also fans are also less they should add more fans in classroom.

Academic in my College specifically in BMS dept be it finance, Marketing or HR what they teach is just awesome well experienced faculty also they are training as just not to pass but real life skills too!

I have no idea around this about placements but I have heard our department gives placements but I am not sure about it as I am not added in any placement group or any of my classmates so i guess end my 3rd year i will know!

The college infrastructure was pretty average but functional. The labs had decent systems and good connectivity there classrooms had well well managed space. The library was there for study materials and there was canteen as well.

The college academics curriculum was very balanced, There was a good mix of all the aspects in the terms of coding. The Internal assessments and practical classes were conducted every other week for students.
Placements
College managed to get companies for the final selection process. Few IT companies used to offer pre placement offers as well to the selected students during the summer internship program and the management was very supportive.

Master Classes also take place at least three times per semester where an industry expert gives hand on experience on software required by the industry or to tell us their experiences in the industry.

The placement is great, and students are provided opportunities by the Placement Cell. The faculty made sure we were in touch with the Placement Cell regarding any new opportunities for internships or collaborative projects.

The Campus life is Great and Fun. Students are helpful, collaborative, and is just a great Department to be part of. The faculty of SOAD is really helpful and will provide proper guidance to the students.

The infrastructure of the college is very good. The campus size is Huge and all facilities are good. Labs here are fully functional systems with Wi-Fi assistance. Classrooms and labs are AC-fitted. Spacious classrooms are there with projector screens and other important facilities. The library is also very good and very spacious. It has great books. Books are always available. Hostel facilities are also good.

Teachers are very much helpful and have a good knowledge of the subject. Teaching quality is also very good. If you ask them doubts, they will tell you many times. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and prepares students for the real world. Semester exams in the college are a little bit tough. Most of the students are able to pass the exams easily but some are not.
Placements
Percentage of students get placed at my college is Excellent. The percentage of students that get placed is around 96% with top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Adobe, LinkedIn, Cisco, etc. The percentage of students getting internships is less but companies do come for internship opportunities. The highest package in 2025 was 30 LPA given by LinkedIn and the average was around 9-10 LPA. The lowest must be around 5-6 LPA.

KSOM is well known for its infrastructure. it includes, modern academics blocks, with AC classrooms, libraries, laboratories, seminar halls, auditoriums sports clubs. it is fully wifi enabled campus. talking about the hostel facilities, having both ac, non ac rooms with mess and canteen facilities, food is also hygienic.

KSOM faculties are highly qualified from IIMs, IITs with industry experience. there are leadership programs, research programs for students. proper mentorship provided to the students for their individual growth. curriculum is also industry ready with industry exposure and internships programs.

The average package of KSOM is around 9 LPA for MBA and highest package was 19 LPA for 2024 which is good ROI. It offers internships, projects, industry ready training too. it offers placements in sectors as IT, BFSI, FMCG, retail, consulting and key recuiters are TCS, ITC, Deloitte, ICICI, HDFC, Axis bank, wipro, nestle.

The library is massive, with separate sections for different streams such as science and technology. The food in the mess is of acceptable quality. Despite the high fees charged, it is adequate. Medical services are available on campus 24X7. There many opportunities for students who enjoy sports and games.

Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, the teaching quality is high. However, the course curriculum, particularly in the electronics domain, is somewhat irrelevant. The necessary skills for the industry are not taken into account. The college conducts three exams per semester, which are difficult tasks because they take a lot of time and leave students unable to focus on other things. The pass percentage is around 70%.
Placements
The top role offered for the CSE course is a software engineer. Students must score above 7.5 CGPA to sit in placements. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 10 LPA. Students must have skills to get good salary packages. Our college does not provide us with skills, so we have to prepare ourselves. The salary package offered by IT companies for the SDE role ranges between 10 LPA - 20 LPA.

The infrastructure is overall good and student friendly. Academic blocks are very well structured with AC and Wi-Fi available. All the amenities are also available at the common shop in college. The hostels are nice and clean and are good for living. Hostels have cleaners who clean the rooms once or twice a day and Wi-Fi is also available inside hostels. The food of the mess is hygienic and it taste good being a hostel mess food. Medical facilities are also very good and readily available.

Our teachers are good. The teaching quality is good. Some teachers are not good. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are average. Exams have tricky questions, and you must think a lot during exams. Even the cleverest students are unable to answer questions. Whoever gets the concept cleared can achieve good marks, so there are neither toppers nor failures in the class.

Students become eligible for placements when they enter in the 7th semester. Out of the students who sit in placements, 94% got placed last year. average packages are 9-10 Lacs. Amazon, Intel, Wipro, and some other reputed companies do visit our college for internship and hiring.
