College Infrastructure
Auditoriums are quite outdated though there's wifi connections in entire campus. I'm a day scholar so don't know much about hostels but the college is pretty clean most of times . Sports ground has a racing track, basketball courts. Classrooms in connecting blocks are pretty nice and apj where freshers attend their lectures is good.
Academics
My specialization is electronics and communication engineering, 2nd year and our curriculum is much difficult as ece in nsut is considered the most tough Branch. Practicals are there workshops in which we are required to make projects .
Placements
In 2023, the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) achieved notable placement outcomes. Approximately 81.72% of ECE students secured job offers during the placement season. The average salary package for ECE graduates was around ₹15 lakh per annum (LPA), with the highest package reaching up to ₹45 LPA.

The best feature of campus life would be it's seminars and events taking place like moksha the biggest cultural fest of nsut . Also the societies are engaging students in various aspects and their own events taking place. A thing I would like to add is about faculty, it requires quite a work to have your way out for anything from them.
Overall it's an average college with great ROI

The college has a big cricket ground, football turf, basketball ground, etc. Classrooms are very clean and equipped. Cameras are also available for security purposes. Labs are well-maintained.

Subjects are taught in a way that not only the theoretical but their practical use is also explained. More focus is given to practicals which have to be performed by students. Exams are conducted according to the university schedule.

Many companies visit our college in July and August when students are at the beginning of their final year. Students are also encouraged to go for on-campus internships from the third year. We have good Wi-Fi facility. Well equipped labs for computer Science, physics, chemistry, visual communication, multimedia, biotechnology, plant biotechnology students. Fully air-conditioned and spacious classroom for students. Good medical facility. Nice ground for sports and games, all the above are available in the campus. A good clean and hygienic food is available in food court. Good hostel rooms are available.

Teachers are so kind, very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is dependent on individual teachers. I didn't get industry exposure. The teaching method followed in college is good as a student can understand his/her teaching and he/she is able to write on their own.

The placement was good. But only 40% students is placed. The highest salary is 4 lakh per annum, the lowest salary is 2 lakh per annum. Cts, Wipro, Verizon, RBS, funds India, goldman sachs, L&T and many companies are visited. Roles like service desk, system admin, programmer, sales executive, accountant, etc.
