Excellent insfratacture for science labs, extensive computer sessions to all the students, a big three-storey library in men's campus with various current journals, magazines and books that are maintained on a regular basis. The students are given free, quality Medicare at Sri Sathya Sai general hospital throughout their stay during the hostel. It is an all boarding university, thus food is given in the hostel mess. Food is very good, with lots of variety catering to the diverse taste buds of students. The only issue I faced was slow speed of Wi-Fi.

The faculty is highly educated, dedicated and helpful. The faculty members constantly upgrade their teaching methods and skills to cope up with the changing scenario. Many of the faculty members have dedicated their entire life to teaching, thus, they are really experience. That extra out of the book teaching portion helped me a lot, a true exposure to the industry and to the cut throat competition is readily provided by the faculty members of this university.

Students were placed with good and decent scores like distinction. About 85% students of last batch got placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered was around 12 LPA and the lowest offered was 5 LPA. KPMG, Godrej properties and Deloitte are top recruiting companies here.

The internal exams are a little more hectic than the external because you will have to give two papers in a single day. You will have to learn more by yourself. The most senior batch is in the 3rd year. But placements will most likely be under the CSE branch. Top recruiting companies are GE Aerospace, Oracle, Fidelity, etc. Above 60% of people got internships and placements from our course. Oracle, Cisco, and PhonePe are the companies that hired from BIT this year. The average package in CS is around 6-7 LPA.

The Wi-Fi connection is so poor on the college campus, but in the library there is a high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi connection. IT at MCKVIE College is a very good course, and no doubt the lab in every subject is outstanding. But as far as I know, the condition of the hostel is so poor, according to some friends.

Every teacher is helpful. They are very experienced, and their teaching techniques are so good. At any time, they are available to help, and they behave like friends. That's why we are able to understand a very hard part of our subject within a minute; they are all very good. But college doesn't prepare any students for industrial-level semester exams, which are standard.

85–95% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 30 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package is 4.5 LPA. There are a lot of companies, but the top two are TCS and Wipro. 88% of students are placed at Webel, TCS, ISRO, etc. In my department, in general, software development and sales jobs are obtained

The course curriculum, when I studied, was a bit outdated, but now they have changed the college to autonomous, which will update the curriculum to make the students industry-ready. They teach in bare minimum way, but some might be helpful and knowledgeable, but the rest are just for the sake of it, they don't take much interest in encouraging .

The placements are quite good and you can expect an average of 30,000 and the highest being 95,000. This is an old college which has a recognition and there are good companies being attended here. The placements aee Quite decent. And there's not to worry about . The top roles offered in this course are SDE data analyst, software engineer and AI engineer.
