The hostel has facilities like RO drinking water and sports. The quality of mess food is good. Students get two types of rooms i.e two-seater and three-seater. There are a lot of facilities in the hostel. College infrastructure is also excellent.

I completed my b.tech from this college. Faculty members have done their PhDs from reputed colleges in India. The ratio between teacher-student is 1:15. The teaching quality is also good. Teachers are very helpful, and they are always ready to help the students.

Students have good placements cell in this college, and records are also good. Many companies visit our campus like Cipla, Infosys, Lupin, etc. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Almost 80% of students are placed. Many students also opt for post-graduation after their degree.

Teachers provide a great deal of support, as they serve as our friends and understand our problems, making efforts to resolve them. The curriculum may have some shortcomings due to its novelty, but the faculty is making their best attempts to address them.

Placements for operation and supply chain management are average. Companies like abhi logistics etc comes on campus for hiring. Campus placement percentage is not very great it ranges around 60 to 70 each year .

You get what you paid for. Coming to classrooms, there is a central air-conditioner so it's great even during summers.

Excellent faculty. They take good care of students, especially during the covid time. As for exams, they're moderate, not too easy, not too hard. But after covid, I feel like they have made exams kind of tougher and for our last semester, we haven't gotten any gaps between our exams. But the pass rate is high so there's nothing to worry about.

Almost 90% of the students who opted for placements will get placed. The training for campus recruitment is excellent. They start training in the 2nd year of engineering. They mainly focus on aptitude, English, and coding. But after 3rd year, they mainly focus on coding.

Knowledge and research topics were very impressive.The Ratio was adequate. All courses were up to date and progressed with newer research. My department was research-oriented. So many students went aboard from their research work and training purpose.

The highest salary package is above 2 lpa. The minimum percentage require is above 85 for both arts and science students. The placement opportunity is quite good and arts and science students get equal level of opportunities.

For our batch 2018-2020, we are done with the summer placements, which is fine. The highest stipend offered in our college is 5.50 lacs. Batch strength is 137, and 61 registered recruiters are there and also 16 first time recruiters. The average stipend offered for the summer internship is 1.89 lacs. Top 30% of the students got a stipend of 2.80 lacs, and the median stipend offered is 1.70 lacs. About 16% of the students got placed in consulting, and 16% of the students in manufacturing and conglomerates. About 30% of the students got placed in BFSI and IB, and 19% of students in FMCG and pharma and 19% of students in other industries.

I really liked the shaheed bhagat singh college as it was well maintained infrastructure. It really has a vast area and so many classes room so that many people can be teach at same time. Good infrastructure of JBIMS is not big by any means, but the Red Bricked building has some character to it. The classrooms are air conditioned and have Wi-Fi. The food is clean and the canteen staff is extremely friendly and helpful. JBIMS doesn't have a hostel of its own. 25 students (on merit basis) are given accommodation in the Mumbai University hostel at Marine Drive at just 7k per year fees.

Summer placements for the batch 2018-20 exceeded all expectations. The highest stipend bagged stood at an astounding 5.5L while the median stipend stood at 1.7L. Consulting firms, BFSI, FMCG firms showed a lot of interest in the batch. The final placement will commence shortly and a major part of already placed by PPOs. The final placements are expected to be just as good as summer placements if not better.

Professors also guides you regarding the internships. German students as a part of their mandatary course works with translation related company as an intern.

College have many 'college- based NGOs' which comes with so many activities and events which give you life time learning experience. It also has NCC and NSS. The campus is safe and since it is in the heart of Pune you can reach to almost everything in a short span. You will taken to FC hill( named after college) as the part of Environmental Science project or you can find a historical monument there.
