I had done by Bachelor's of commerce from here, so would like to tell about my personal experience. The faculty are good and they are very polite towards students. The faculty building is well managed and for each subject teacher are qualified and teach in friendly manner

I asked to senior about placement, they said us you will get placed no matter what CTC or package you will definitely get offers from company. Almost 250+ companies visit campus every year. Which is a good number and they provide guidance for the placement.

Seriously talking about campus life you will gonna love campus life of Mumbai University. Every month in campus they have events, function, party and many things Which are really exciting. Campus life is 8/10 in my point of view.

this is also a trouble here . There are too many people within this institute . There is no proper facility for accommodation for boys specially. In one big room there are around approximately 12 - 14 people. Washrooms are clean and good . there proper water cooler and washing machine. Although for day scholars great campus.

Teachers are well qualified and carry a huge amount of exposure.5 days classes.Labs occur daily.Semester wise marking.Two exams happen mid and end sem.Comprehensive marking structure.Marks are given on attendance also.

Since as i have mentioned above that it is first batch so we dont have any previous data recorded. so most of student came here after analyzing btech and MTech placement data . there is not good performance in getting internship this summer (2024). but we hope that placement will have better records due to continuously enhancing our technical skills.

I am from automobile department,in our department all Faculty members are very kind-hearted in nature towards all the students. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders,which helps us in every possible way, whether it is academic-related or not.

The hostel accommodation at IIT Patna is subpar, and the quality of food in the mess is declining every year. The Central Library is still under construction, and the current temporary library is consistently at full capacity. Overall, the sports facilities are satisfactory.
Academics
The curriculum of IITs is outdated and old; they are still teaching engineering drawing and not AUTOCAD. However, the professors are very helpful, all holding Ph.D. degrees from different IITs and universities abroad. Some course content is industry suitable, but some parts of it seem to be in vain. The exams are not so tough, yet not so easy either.
Placements
85% of students get placed year from IIT Patna. The highest package is 82 Lacs and the average package is around 20 Lacs. The top recruiting companies are Google, Infosys, Adobe and more. Around 50 students get PPO this year. The placements are good.

The university is situated far away from the town area, the university occupy a huge area of land where the buildings of the university are designed in a proper manner and is well maintained in all areas . Its kept clean and well maintained

The faculty is good. Some of the have even cleared GATE. The teaching methods are normal. Sometimes they use projectors to teach but most of the time they use boards. The student to faculty ratio is 10:1. We went on an industrial visit once. Sometimes the course curriculum is useful.

100 companies visited the campus for placements. 200 students were placed in the 2020-2022 academic year. The highest package was 40 lpa. The average salary increased significantly to a new high. Around 70-90% of students get placed.

Classroom are good with the facility of projector and washroom are always cleaning. Library is very big in my campus. The canteen is also good. And food in the canteen is good. Sports event take place every few months, which include basketball ,volleyball ,football, etc.

The college provides quality education, and it also has good faculty members. The course curriculum is well-balanced with the required subjects at the particular semester. Every teacher is well-known of the particular subject which they are teaching to the students, and students are always encouraged to ask doubts which they have in the respected subject.

There is no Wi-Fi for students. The labs are good. There are no sports. The campus feels like a coaching center. It does not have a mess or a canteen. Hostels are also not available. The campus too small.

Some teachers are good. Almost all teachers have a master's degree. Teachers are very friendly and assist in everyway possible.Our course curriculum is industry ready and helpful for our higher studies.

No placements are available at our campus. No company comes on campus for placements. There is no internship for the first, second, and third years. If you are admitted to this college, make sure you don't get placements through the college.

The facilities in the course are very very good we have AC in our labs, and we have wonderful systems with i7 processors. The library has a huge and vast amount of books, and the quality of the facilities in my hostel is good. We have individual rooms for each and every person, and the quality of the mess food is good, but the overall quality of the food is not good.
Academics
The teachers were helpful and skillfull too.they clarify every and every single doubt. They have the huge knowledge to explain me. The teaching is qualified enough. The curriculum is very relevant; it even covers the GATE subjects. The difficulty of the semester exam is too hard, and the pass percentage is around 80 percent.
Placements
The students who were placed in my course are around 40-45. The very highest and the least, and the lowest are 26, 5, and 7 LPA respectively. Coming to the top recruiting companies are Z-Scalar, Tata, Infosys, NVIDIA, etc. The students who got internships from my course are around 60 percent. The roles offered are software engineering, data science, etc.

Overall college infrastructure is quite good, wide open classrooms, every classes are equipped with projectors for presentation and demonstration purposes Wi-Fi sometimes work sometimes don't. Hygiene is maintained a lot, washroom are also quite cleaned atleast for boys.

This particular part is actually a bit hit or miss, over all almost every teachers are good som makes us understand better some doesn't but if you have the capability if the student know what he or she is studying then that won't be a problem, exams are taken timely no delays in that teachers are helpful if you miss any exams I'm studying BA. LLB(H) and quite happy with the over all teachers and thier way of style only thing that creates a problem is teacher allotment, in some sem teachers get alloted after 1 or 2 months of the sem has been over some leave in between this is thr only issue otherwise it's all good
Placements
By the time I'm reviewing I'm in sem 4 of my program but usually SNU provides good placement as we're studying law, this program isn't more about placement it's all about practice with seniors and private application to companies for corporate law jobs.

Campus life is amazing, although some Seniors did leg pull but that was fun interaction we have gym big playground a basketball court many stalls here and there beside college campus overall a good time to spend NO RAGGING AND ABUSING, this is the biggest point SNU has, a very healthy culture even no POLITICAL UNIONS too.

Since a new course is established and we are the first batch pretty new experience amd exposure we get by combining two major domains.5 days a week classes.semester based exams.Subjects are not conventional.Course is based on NEP.

Placements of other branches is excellent.Since this is the first batch no data is present as of now.But there are separate training cell for each course domain but helps better Target companies of respective domain.

Hostels are newly constructed and are near to the railway station. The classrooms are very neat and new Classrooms.Construction of the classrooms and hostels was completed in the year 2021. Wi-Fi is available in the hostels and the mess. Wi-Fi is not available in the classrooms. Once in a month, the Wi-Fi won't work. Library has standard books and is not very huge.

Faculty is very very friendly. The course has an organized syllabus. Half of the faculty members are well skilled and qualified and experienced. Some of them are not at all trustable. For competitive exams, you should prepare from other sources. For semester exams, the faculty notes are more than enough.I think It is very easy to pass all the subjects.
Placements
The minimum Average packages in Mechanical Engineering are around 6 LPA. If you want good packages in mechanical core, please don't join this college. Some of the top students may got 7-10 LPA in software roles. Some of the companies like L&T, Deloitte, and HP are a few companies which offered some placements.
