The infrastructure of himachal pardesh University shimla is not up to the mark. Because of its geographical location development of infrastructure here is very tough and costly. It lacks a proper campus also.

Currently i am doing my masters in geography from himachal pardesh University shimla. I opted for this particular subject because it has many employment opportunities and also the teaching staff gere is very efficient and effective.

Although various departments from himachal pradesh university shimla provides placements but from our department no placements are provided and also there is no degree cell in our department. Although this university have quite a reputation for geography course and get employed easily.

Campus life is quite good but the hostels are far away from its campus.

The campus life is good here like this college have a really big campus but there is no canteen here which made me feel bad and the students can engage in various activities and this activities will happen throughout the year and the location is quite safe

Recently they are yet upgrading and they're calling other companies for purpose of in demand courses that are must for students for their future .

I studied bachelor's of art from swami vivekanand government degree college ghumarwin. I opted for this course because i always wanted to study humanities. And this particular college have very efficient teaching staff for humanities.

Although swami vivekanand government degree college have many facilities but there is no placements from here for students and also there is no placement cell present in the college. Also they don't give any guarantee for placements.
