College Infrastructure
IIIT Una is present in the elite list of IIIT's, which have their own permanent campus, which is located in Saloh, Una. The entire campus is equipped with wifi access. There are two blocks: admin block and academic block. Classes are conducted in academic block. All the classroom labs are equipped well with the state of the art equipments. The campus provides all sports facilities which includes athletics track, football ground, cricket ground, volleyball, table tennis, lawn tennis, basketball and badminton courts, along with indoor table tennis, chess, carrom facilities. All the equipments in the classrooms and labs are well maintained and latest technology. The IIIT Unna Library, present in academic block, has a vast collection of books related to the curriculum. Study rooms are also provided to the students. The whole campus of the college and the environment around is very clean and hygienic.
Academics
The B. Tech. programme curriculum is well-designed, updated and relevant, which makes the students industry-ready. The college exams are a bit difficult it is easy to pass due to average system used. The evaluation of exams is based on the relative grading system which is awesome. The calendar for the academic year is always fixed in college and exams includes CT1, CT2 (20 Max each) and end semester exam of 100 marks each. The student to teacher ratio stands at approximately 15:1, with a majority of teachers holding P.hd. degrees. The quality of teaching is about average. The faculty is supportive and proficient. Our college also invites faculty for different guest lectures.
Placements
The B. Tech. placements of IIIT Una are quite good and they are growing exponentially every passing year. Referring to the placement statistics of the year 2023, The average package stood at INR 15 LPA (Compared to INR 12.1 LPA in 2022). the highest package offered during the placement drive 2023 INR 46.5 LPA on-campus and in INR 60 LPA off-campus. Therefore, an improving trend was witnessed in the placements over the past years during IIIT Una B.Tech. placements. the top recruiters are: Amazon, Linkedin, BharatPe, Expedia, Goldman Sachs, Apache, C-DoT, Infosys, Deloitte, Jio etc. Almost 90% students get placed in college. The placements are coordinated by the placement and training cell of our institute, CDC (Career Development Cell). The placement process was very smooth and the students were very pleased with it. The college and the placement coordinator was very supportive during the process.
Campus Life
The campus is located in rural area, ten kilometers away from Una City thus having a quiet lifestyle and relaxed environment. There are various fests and events conducted throughout the year. The annual feasts include: YALGAAR which is our sports fest and MERAKI which is our technical fest and MRIDANG which is our cultural fest. Also there are various student clubs formed in our college which conduct many events throughout the year. The student community is very good at our college. The junior-senior bonding is very good at our college and seniors are always friendly and helpful to the juniors and guide them towards success in their journey.

The hostels and infrastructure of our college is far more superior than top engineering colleges of India, due to its newly-built and advanced technology based campus. The teachers are very supportive and most of them are P.hD. holders from reputated institutions.

Infrastructure is good. Just things like pool is missing .... Wifi do not work in lecture theatre. Living place is too clean and food is indeed hygienic. Just sometimes in rainy season water cloggs in hostel.

Teachers are so supportive and course is too resembles for our further studies. Like gate ,nit preparation hence overall good. Just mid term end term mid term end term process make things hectic... But when u get support and guidance from teacher it become so easy.

Quality of placement is quite average (not so good not so bad). Just depend on how much efforts student give on their preparation. For maths placement is mostly done in etech companies..but on the basis of students efforts many students get placed in data scientist courses.

I am pursuing msc Chemistry from mnit jaipur. The quality of teaching is good. The laboratory has many well known equipment. There are certain session taking place to ensure that we are updated. The classes are good.

There is not good placement in mnit jaipur. They have to have good placement section and the companies has to be not completely ed tech. The placement has to be upgraded. Much highly needed as the students has to go off campus.
