Lovely Professional University has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classrooms are fully AC and there is separate chair for all the students. Laboratories has all the material in working condition and it it is maintained in a good way. Central Library of LPU is gigantic and has all the collection of books. There is a big playground in the campus. There are 8 boys hostel and 7 girls hostel inside the campus which is so clean. Mess needs some improvement in taste.

I am studying B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering. The quality of teaching in LPU is average. There are some faculties who teach very good but there are many faculties who doesn't have any experiance of teaching. This aspect should be improved by LPU Management. Yes, My curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. I think if we don't self study, then its very difficult for us to be job ready.

Placement is quite good here in LPU. 85% of the students get placed from CSE department. Some of the major recruiting companies which often visit for campus placemeents are Informatica, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL Technolohgies, Adobe, Amazon, Flipkart etc. The highest salary offered this year was 42 LPA from Microsoft. The average package is 5.6 LPA .

The best thing about LPU campus is that we always feel it like our 2nd home. We play cricket, basketball and football in the playground. Not only this, LPU has a badminton court and archery point as well. Support staffs are really nice and they talk very positively with us. The university is located infront of GT Road at Phagwara in Punjab. The campus is very safe as LPU has tight security arrangement. Yes, It can handle any case of emergency.

Shivaji University should work on upgrading syllabus. if we compare our syllabus with other University is like Mumbai University ,Delhi University ,Rajasthan University....
