I am pursuing BTech in Electronics and Instrumentation. Yes, the theoretical teaching is good but practical teaching needs tl be improved. The curriculum is updated and I think so..it includes all the developments since we have not entered the branch in particular

Almost 75% of students are placed and most of them get good salary package.The average package is 7 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was 54 lakhs. Since I am first year student, I haven't experienced the placement.

The college campus is little small but it seems big when compared to others in Banglore. And it is peaceful. We have sports complexes where most of them engage in several games playing and libraries for studies and many tech and non tech clubs . The campus is pretty safe and there will be a check in the entrance and is safe. Yes, emergencies can be handles since we have a medical centre inside the campus and ambulance for bigger issues.
One may not recommend here who really wants to achieve high.

Lacks infra in every way. There are not enough classes and acs or rooms for students. There aren't even proper ground or campus as a college. No wifi or smart boards. Not enough hygiened toilets and water facility

Teachers teach very well. They give their best and go out of their ways to help and support students. But there are no updated courses and curriculum. And we don't find ourselves to fight with other college and uni students.

Apparently most of them are moving abroad for their masters. Can't say any further. As of a bba student there is no Master degree pursuing opportunity here. So people I've known as seniors have been moving abroad to pursue masters. Therefore no idea about jobs and offers.

I am from CSE 1st year so I'll talk about 1st year only. There are many professors who put so much efforts in teaching, some are highly skilled and qualified. We have 5 days official classes and Saturday is for extra curriculum and college have different activities clubs where seniors teach you. You just need to find your interest.

We had interaction with seniors regarding placements and they said that you should have confidence, good in communication and full knowledge of projects you have done. If you are from CSE then you should have strong command on C language and know it's basic concepts. Every company have different percentage criteria, 75% to 80% is safe area. Average salary is 4 lac per year and highest depends on your skills.

You will feel like you are in school not in college, they have many restrictions like you can't stand in corridors. If you bunk proctor will catch you and put your name in the bunker list, but if you are smart enough you can bunk and can have fun with friends it's all up to you. Over-all the campus is safe for both boys and girls but there is alot of discrimination regarding the timings of hostels with girls just for safety purposes.during winter girls aren't allowed to go out of their hostels after 6pm while boys can go out whenever they wish to.They have the advantage of doing their work together at night as well.while we girls are stuck inside hostel till the next morning.Even many concerts and shows end up late after the girl's hostel timings.so us girls suffer .
