Our college has all the necessary equipments for the welfare of us.Many equipments are present to train the students individually.Library is maintained with sufficient books with new arrival of books during every semester.Living spaces are clean and maintained daily and good hygiene food is provided.
Academics
I am doing my ECE since this was my favourite core.Teachers clarify the doubts clearly and they explain beyond syllabus which help us for uplifting our career in future.Apartment from syllabus many training programs are conducted side by side which help us to develop our personality skills and to face the society with more boldness.
Placements
Our college will always make the students to face all the companies with maximum skills required.Almost above 80 to 85 percent of students got their placement during their final year itself.Highest salary package is 10 to 12 lakes.Average salary could be about 2 to 3 lakhs.The placement process will be clearly explained by the staffs according to the companies priorly which help us to prepare in a easy way.The college is very supportive and encourages us to the maximum level .
Campus Life
The college is really good and has a friendly atmosphere. Students can learn Japanese language,develop their personalities using face and smart classes.BEC certification is provided to develop our language.The location is safe.It can handle any emergency situations.

College infrastructure is good according to me , yes all the facilities are available as I am doing BTech in mechanical engineering all the facilities are sufficient for a student and specially our department , smart boards are available in the laboratory for computer science student and in seminar hall also Wi-Fi is available but speed is not much good ,campus is clean and food is not much hygienic.

I would say the academic for the college is outstanding because faculties are highly experienced and they have very good teaching style they make you exam ready as well as practically fulfilled for the job.

Placement is good the percentage of placement is 100% but only for the computer science and engineering and information technology and Engineering ,student of mechanical engineering it is not upto that percentage even if we are getting placed still we are not getting good package.

Campus life is average the very good thing which I like in the campus is cafeteria and the worst thing is its amphitheatre, teacher student support staff is more cooperative and location is not good, yes location is safe but market is very far from the college and canteen is very expensive, yes college can handle our emergency.

Our college infrastructure is quite good. It is a quite big campus having different buildings for different streams . Also classrooms are very good and clean. Labs are well equipped with the machines. There is one food court which is the centre of attraction of all the students out there.

I would rate academics as average as there are not that great faculty. But yes some of them are good too which helps us a lot. While some just come here for salary. Curriculum is updated in 2018 and it includes all the recent developments. Most of the teacher try to provide practical knowledge.

Placements is the key point which every student thinks about and yes placement is the plus point of CGC as there are many companies visiting here. Last year 624 companies visited here which is a huge number which includes 5-6 mass recruiters too. So if you give your 100% you will get placement from the college for sure .

Campus life is just like average . In the starting you would love your campus life but after that it would be little boring. As it is Located in village so there is no place for entertainment in surrondings. You have to travel 15 km to chandigarh to do any kind of fun. But yeah you can enjoy in campus if you have your good buddies with you!
