Chandigarh University is located in mohali,punjab. College have a campus area of 250 acres .You will get easy transport from Chandigarh jn., which is 30km far. You will get all facilities in Chandigarh University campus like sports , music , dance and others . Campus is full of beautiful parks and paintings . There is a fountain park in the center of the campus. Classes, labs and hostels all are really meat and clean .Free unlimited wifi is available in labs and hostels.
Academics
I am studying BE CSE and i think Academics of CU is good. Many of the teachers are having good teaching skills and makes student's concept clear. You will get all lecture notes as well as lab experiment notes with procedure on CULMS (online website of cu) . These notes are really good and it will help you in your studies and interviews also. You will have to opt. For DCPD course in 3rd year which will train you for jobs exams and interviews.
Placements
Avg package of Cu is 4-5lakhs and highest package of cu Last year was 35 lakhs. Almost 95-100% students gets placed . Some of them likes to continue there studies or do startups . Some of them also try off campus. There are lots of opportunities when you come to cu. Its upto you , you have to work hard and upgrade your skills.

Campus life is good in CU. You will get many chances to show and grow your extracurricular skills. Many events are organised time-to-time . You can participate in these and perform on stage. If you don't have skills and you want to learn dance or music , you get free courses under dsw. So there are many opportunities. Campus is beautiful , you will find fun in exploring and roaming in the campus with your friends. Also you will get easy transport to main city if you want to go Chandigarh

Babu Banarasi Das has all the infrastructure and equipments which are necessary to workout daily activities and classrooms are also well equipped with modern tech. like camera and smart board. Computer labs are also well equipped. Building and campus both are clean.

I am studying here BBA + MBA integrated course 5-year, the main reason I opted for this course is I don't want to struggle to find MBA college again. Quality is good, professors are good and kind-hearted.
Placements
In my opinion, it's the only college in Lucknow who provides placement opportunity for UG students. Placement of BBDU is perfectly fine and the average is 6 lakhs, not every student got placed but it's good.

Amazing campus life which one only can dream of beautiful buildings well-maintained pathways and playground, 24/7 access to University campus and here we get to learn about many good things. BBDU is capable of handling any situation.

My college consists of reading room, library, two hostels, mess facility, high tech labs in mechanical and electrical domains as well as easy connectivity to all major railway and bus stations near maninagar.
Academics
Mechanical labs are the best amongst all three domains. Refrigeration and AC, Manufacturing, CAD/CAM etc subjects are studied in our institute. Curriculum is updated with every third batch. Mechanical faculties are helpful and always support us when it comes to startups and innovation.
Placements
I plan to opt for Masters so havent sat in any interview till now. On the other hand, very few companies have visited our institute due to COVID . Batch of '20 and '21 proved to be unlucky in terms of job opportunities on campus. Most of us were advised for off campus placements.

Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure which you can expect from an IIT , it has 3 sports ground which are big enough for all , the classrooms are very good and every classroom have a projector . Hostels are old for senior year . But 2nd year hostel is like a 5 start hotel.

I am currently studying btech+mtech 5 years civil engineering . The quality of professor are very good, all the professor have in depth knowledge of their respective subject , the professor are chill and they support in every manner they can support .
Placements
Placement in IIT bhu is very good according to me if we compare with old iits , the placement report are nearly that level , in civil engineering average package was 18-19lakhs , almost all the students got placed in placement.the highest package was 1.2cr
Overall it is good campus.

The quality of placement is moderate in my college. 70 percent of the student get placed in my college last year. Highest salary was 52 lakh per annum. The average salary of the studer was 6 to 7 lakh.

The best feature is the give ther best to there students in different areas. Like sports, dance and many other thing the give there studen best chance to grow in there like life. The worst thing is only there attendance criteria .

College have three grounds Gymkhana , adv ground and rajputana ground, all the equipments are provided by the college itself. There are coaches for every sports individually. Classrooms are well maintained and have a projector in each class, the food in the mess is also good here.

I am studying btech civil engineering , the professor are supportive and good . Yes the curriculum is updated every year and includes all the recent developments in the field . The college give us industry level exposure to make us job ready , they arrange workshops , seminars,etc.

Placements are decent here , compared to other 2nd gen iits the placement is best among all the other 2nd gen iits . Highest package of 21-22 was 80 lakhs and average package of civil branch was around 19-20 lakhs

The classrooms are comparatively small and are not well maintained. There's little to no provision of smart boards. The auditorium is quite well managed though. sometimes fans don't work. And the principal would almost never support the education department.

The teachers are very supportive and responsible. They would keep you updated about new courses, things you might need to do to get your resume better, etc. though the teachers are well informed and have good pedagogical skills, they face difficulties in getting support from higher authorities.

The quality of placements in my campus are good. I'm from combined course, so I have good opportunities from both IT and Core jobs. Average salary offered is 9 to 12 lakhs per year for IT jobs. College is supportive.

As I have already completed 7 to 8 months in SGT University, I am well acknowledged about each and every aspect of the university. There are 5 blocks which are fully furnished and beautiful. The infrastructure is so good as compared to other universities in the area. when we come up on facilities there is a hospital in SGT which is a semi government authority. For each specialized course every necessary equipment is provided. There are advanced labs, fully AC classes, productive libraries.

I am pursuing BCA specialization in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am very interested in learning hacking and web development that's why I am pursuing this course. As in my course there are various languages which we have to understand and these are very important and used to get updated on frequent basis. Our curriculum is fully updated and includes all the recent development and theories. Yes, it makes us job ready with full knowledge of all the programming languages.

According to me our placement get 5 star . There are various opportunities for a person to get placed in a good company with a high package. It totally depends on students ability and skills. Our college is so supportive in terms of placements they used to provide soft skills classes to students so that they can clear the interviews. the highest package was of 30 LPA in B.Tech with a percentage of 89. and the average salary would be 8LPA from CSE department. The placement cells are pleasant.

My college campus is so good it has gardens, playgrounds, cafes, seating areas, sports ground, and many more.There is no need to go out of campus because you can get everything in the campus itself. students are engaged in sports, parties, academics, concerts, fests, celebrations and many more. There used to be a good bond between a student and a teacher. teachers are so supportive. The location is good and safe. SGT is having a hospital in it so there is no worries about emergency and safety.

As this is a new state government college, so it has lack of infrastructure like it doesn't has good library, sports centres or not good labs. Food in the hostel mess is OK only but the hostel has lack of hygiene. Also cost of accomodation is less but in contrast service offered are also less. The wifi in hostel doesn't work at all on top floors, there is a problem of electricity in college area, and college doesn't operate the generator all the times. So there are many problems in our college.

I am studying B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering because I have keen interest in programming from childhood, in this college the quality of teaching in my department is good, but in other departments it is not so much good. The curriculum is updated and decided by AICTE, as AICTE curriculum is updated in 2021, but it is not so latest. What I study in college can't lend me a good job, for that I have done some online courses.

As this is a state government college which was established in 2017, till now there is no such scope of good placement from the campus. Till now mostly students are placed from off campus opportunities in my branch, but for ME and EE students, our college arranges placement for them. The highest package was 9LPA from CSE in Offcampus. The average package was 3LPA. The placement process is not easy here and the college is supportive only for some top students means skills are necessary.
