Rizvi College of Architecture stands as one of the best centers of architectural education in Maharashtra. The college has a very rigorous and selective admission procedure to screen promising candidates for its architectural program. B.Arch: Rizvi College of Architecture imparts education in the course of Bachelor of Architecture with a total intake of 80 students. Candidates must have passed through their Senior Secondary Examinations (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the mandatory subjects. M.Arch Urban Design: The intake of this program is twenty. To be able to secure admission to the M.Arch Urban Design Course, Non-zero scores are needed in the MAH-M.ARCH-CET Examination. The program is designed for the study of students who are interested in and have chosen specialization in urban design and planning.

D.Arch: Rizvi College of Architecture offers a Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch) program as well. This three-year program has a total intake of forty students.
