RVS College of Computer Application, Coimbatore Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The College provides accommodation to students wishing to reside in the hostels.

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.

A separate Hydraulic Gym with weight training equipment is being set up for both boys and girls separately. Also, Outdoor Gym Equipment like the Parallel and Horizontal Bars are being erected. Provisions are being made for the construction of Roman Rings.

The RVS College of Computer Application has a collection of 3000 books, 12 National Journals and 12 International Journals are subscribed to provide the latest information on the various subjects of study. All the books are classified and arranged as per the DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification) System.

The department is well equipped with outdoor and indoor game facilities. Outdoor games facilities: In order to provide extensive playing facilities an area of 4 acres was levelled with massive machinery. The following courts have been laid down with standard specifications both for men and women students. Football, ball badminton, cricket. Indoor games Facilities: two shuttle courts and one basketball court, Chess, Carom and Table Tennis will also form part of this stadium.

The academy has a well equipped Computer Lab with 2 numbers of advanced HP Server and 100 numbers Intel Dual core processor Machines networked with advanced operating systems. The Students will be trained in the latest software applications, databases including Oracle, Access, SQL Server and multimedia tools. All the machines are connected with a high speed dedicated Internet connection.
