42 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year six-month full-time diploma program offered by the Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council, Bhopal.
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum age for admission will be 17 years ( as of 31st December of that year). The upper age limit is 35 yrs. For ANM /for LHV. there is no age bar.
- Minimum education; 10+ 2 classes passed or its equivalent preferably with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) subjects with an aggregate of 40% marks.
- Those who have cleared 10 +2 vocational ANM courses from the school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
- ANM training i.e. 10+ 1 and half years training should also have passed +2 or its equivalent.
- 5% relaxation is permitted for SC/ST students.
- Admission of students shall be once a year.
- Students shall be medically fit
- In addition to the above, admission procedures can be laid down by concerned state Nursing Council/Nursing Examination Boards (S.I.B.E, M.I.B.E, C.M.A.I).
