One of the leading educational institutes, Sanskar Institute of Management and Information Technology was established in the year 2008 at Kutch, Gujarat. This affiliated college is spread over 9 acres and offers various undergraduate programs in the fields of management and information technology. SIMIT has a focused learning environment with a total of 494 students enrolled and a faculty strength of 11. The various full-time degree courses the institute offers are in BBA, BCA, and B.Com. (Hons.), aiding to the aspiring professional in business, computer applications, and commerce fields.

SIMIT has a whole range of modern facilities to enhance the student learning experience. At the institute's library, there is a huge stock of reference materials, books, journals, and project reports, with a dedicated staff for it. It has outdoor and indoor sports facilities for sports lovers, from volleyball and cricket to football, basketball, table tennis, and other related games.   At present, SIMIT offers three regular undergraduate courses: BBA, BCA, and B.Com. (Hons.). The main aim of these courses is to develop among the students the required skills and knowledge that will help them excel in their respective fields. 

The admission process at SIMIT is merit-based and varies slightly for each course. In the case of the BBA course, a combined merit list is prepared for all streams. For the BCA program, 60% of the seats are reserved for science stream students and the remaining 40% are open to other streams. The B.Com. (Hons.) course admits candidates based on a merit list prepared for commerce stream students alone.
