Sau KSK College of Food Technology, Beed Maharashtra, is an affiliated college that was started in 2004. This co-educational institution is located on a large plot size of 50 acres and focused on the area of study known as food technology. The college has 235 enrolled students and a team of 9 committed staff members in the faculty. SAU KSK College offers one and only course of B.Tech in Food Technology and is approved to have 80 students in a particular year. 

Sau KSK College of Food Technology has developed a number of facilities to help improve learning experience as well as improve the character of students. A central library with internet facility and other teaching aids are well equipped with the books of high standard and General, subject specific food science and technology textbooks, reference books, magazines, journals etc. where available. The pragmatic nature of the college is shown through the departmental laboratory for food sciences in which students practice different aspects of food technology. Concerning physical fitness and recreation, the institution offers a two academical acre playground for outdoor games and athletic field and a gym for indoor exercises. The college is affiliated to Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani.

SAU KSK College of Food Technology offers a single full-time course: B.Tech in Food Technology. This will be a four year programme, in which students seeking the degree will be trained on food processing, preservation and technology. According to the college course approval, its intake is 80 and this is as an indication of the college’s policy of ensuring that the student to faculty ratio is as small as possible in as much as it expands its intake to meet the demands of the public. 

Currently, the admission at SAU KSK College of Food Technology is done on merit and is conducted from two gates. In cases of U.G. Admission Via University Quota is offered at V.N.M.K.V. Parbhani for Management Quota Admission as well as for other quotas the students have apply at MCAER Pune.
