This paper aims to discuss SB College of Nursing located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, which was founded in 2003. Nursing with intake capacity of 60, three year GNM with an intake of 60 and two year Post basic B.Sc Nursing for 45 intakes. For those students who are looking for further specialisation, the college has several M.Sc Nursing specialisations in Medical Surgical, Child Health, Mental Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing, and Community Health Nursing, with 5 seats in each respectively.

Admission procedures of SB College of Nursing, an affiliated college of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, are made in a way that the institution is able to select qualified students for its programmes, generally admit a candidate based on performance on the relevant qualifying examinations.
