24 MonthsDiploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Ranchi, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility Criteria
- HS (+2) may apply with a school/college leaving certificate.
- As per J.A.C. norms, a candidate should have secured at least 50% (SC/ST/OBC- 45%) marks in the aggregate at the Board Council/University Examination.

Admission Details
Application forms can be obtained from the college office personally / by sending the Crossed Demand Draft (preferably) in favor of Scholar B.Ed. College payable at Giridih. It is to be duly filled in by the candidate and submitted to the College office along with all relevant documents such as:-
- Self-attested photocopy of the Matriculation Mark sheet and certificate.
- Self-attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the Senior Secondary Exam
- Original College Leaving Certificate/Department Leaving Certificate (at the time of Admission) d) Original migration certificate.
- 5 stamp size & 5 Passport size recent colour photographs.
- Two self-addressed and stamped (Rs. 40/-) envelop for correspondence.
- Attested photocopy of Caste certificate and Residential certificate issued by an authority not below the rank of SDO.
