But Xim and the placement cell does try their best to get the companies on campus and did have a good no. of companies who had taken students. The college keeps supporting throughout and highest package offered was around 12 lpa and average was 3 lpa.

This is the segment where Xavier School of commerce has to work, they'll need to build their industry connect like other UG colleges. The college doesn't provide placement support to students after the completion of the course but the goodwill is so big that students easily get opportunities in off-campus drives. Some of the recruiters that have come for placements are Decathlon, Yes Bank, Indigo. Hopefully the coming year we will see them excel in this segment.

The placement records of this college have been great. The placement cell has worked hard in providing ample opportunities to students. Companies like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Indigo Airlines, Tedco Education Pvt. Ltd. etc. visit the campus. Not many students opt for placements as they are interested in studying
