The Industrial Relations Law and the Constitution program at UPES School of Law is designed to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the intersection between legal principles, industrial jurisprudence, and constitutional frameworks. These include but are not limited to transgender rights, gender equality, laws on child labor/forced labor, rights of migrant workers, laws on social security, wage laws, protection of the unorganized sector, the role of the International Labour Organization and other international conventions, as well as a comparative analysis of labor rights and constitutional law in different legal traditions like the USA, UK, and India.
