Seshadripuram Commerce College, Bangalore Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library facility for all students. The institution has a well-planned policy procedure to ensure the best facilities in maintaining and developing the various resources available in the college campus to enhance welfare of students. The department of Library and Information Centre is well designed, well equipped and well maintained in a planned manner to procure resources.

Library Maintaining Procedure:  The Library attempts to procure relevant collection of books, journals and magazines to support all the Patron requirements.

• At the beginning of the semester, Publisher’s give catalogue along with indent form is circulated to faculty. Faculty are requested to recommend latest titles in their subject domain.
• The Librarian also keeps abrest of latest publications and journals both print and Non-Print for teachers and adds Journals, Magazines to the library from time to time.
• Students are encouraged to recommend books and magazines.
• Librarian will prepare the requisition letter and forward to the Library committee for the approval. Library committee will scrutinize send the final books or approval order to purchase. Purchase order will be prepared, books and journals will be purchased
• Newly procured books and journals are displayed in the new arrival racks and new arrivals list is displayed in the library notice board, so as to draw the interest of the library Patrons.
• Annual Library Software maintenance contract is signed up with Easily Software limited company to ensure the maintenance of Library Software.

The college has sports facilities for all students. List of requirements of sports materials will be prepared by the PED and will be given to the Principal. Quotation from 3 different vendors will be taken and forwarded to the account section for the approval. Purchase committee will scrutinize the quotation and sends the final approval copy. Purchase order will be prepared and items will be purchased. Purchased order will be entered in the Stock Register and record is maintained to ensure entries. Auditorium:- A well furnished auditorium with excellent ventilation and lighting is provided to the students to conduct various programs.

The college has An adequate number of computers with printers, scanners and high speed internet facilities are available. All computers are LAN enabled with bandwidth speed of 100 MBPS speed (ACT Line) internet facility and internet bandwidth is 1 MBPS. 

The College provides a CANTEEN facility as well, hygiene and healthy food is served for students and staff only.

The College has a Hi-tech Auditorium to conduct all activities. 

The college provides a business lab to guide and give students practical orientation. Its main objective is to involve students in mock activities that cover various subjects like Banking, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Tax, and others. Students have greatly benefited from this and seek continuous development in this aspect. 

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has staff members and visitors. The parking lot is equipped with round-the-clock security services, including security guards and CCTV cameras, to ensure the safety of the vehicles. 

The college has good networking for the alumni association. Samagama provides a platform for old students to keep the bond intact with the college and faculty. It aims to reconnect the graduates through Alumni meetings and to support the institution in achieving its Vision and Goals. Every year, Samagama organizes a get-together for its old students in January. 

The college has Extracurricular facilities for all students. Tarang the cultural bastion of the college provides a platform for students to exhibit and develop their talents. Each year, a wide range variety of artistic, literary, and other creative talents are identified and recognized through a month-long series of interclass competitions students are also provided opportunities to win more accolades in intercollegiate competitions. Celebrations of ethnic day, Rainbow Colors Week, and the annual College Day, a colorful extravaganza of music, dance, and drama that marks each academic year's high point, make for a vibrant college environment. 

The eco club “Kshiti” was formed to create a clean and green consciousness among students through various innovative methods. Its goal is to mobilize students toward a scientific inquiry into environmental problems.
