Shambhunath Institute of Pharmacy, Allahabad was established in 2006. The college is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AlCTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. SIP Allahabad is affiliated to the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. SIP Allahabad offers Pharmacy courses in diploma, UG and PG levels. The SIP Allahabad courses include D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm.
The institute also admits lateral entry for SIP Allahabad UG course. Before applying for the SIP Allahabad admission, students must ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The SIP Allahabad PG courses are offered in two specialisations M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics and M.Pharm in Pharmacology. Main focus are laboratories in the college infrastructure. As it is mainly focused on pharma and medicine courses it composes of labs and better infrastructure for all different classes. One more thing here is library with efficient resources.
