Sherwood College of Professional Management, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, was established in the year 2006. This is a co-educational institute offering undergraduate courses in commerce and management. Being an affiliated college, it has a campus area of 1.25 acres, imparting education to 75 students every year with the help of its faculty consisting of 25 members. The institute offers 5 courses in 4 different programmes, with specialisations in the areas of Business Administration, Computer Applications, and Commerce. SCM Lucknow aims to provide quality education in a professional setup and helps students in building bright careers in business. 

Other facilities are available on campus that further enhance the student experience. There are separate boys' and girls' hostels, well-appointed with 24-hour power backup, in-house dining, and recreation areas. The library is fully computerised with a comprehensive collection of books, journals, and periodicals to support curriculum delivery and research activities. Students can have their leisure time spent either swimming or engaging in some form of sport. The Sherwood College of Professional Management has also developed a modern, Wi-Fi-enabled campus with well-equipped computer labs, providing students with the latest technologies for their studies. A spacious auditorium with a capacity of 500 people provides the setting for various programmes like seminars, symposia, and cultural events. 

SCM Lucknow runs 5 full-time undergraduate courses: BCA, BBA, BBA Tourism, B.Com, and B.Com (Hons). The institute has an intake of a total of 300 students for all programmes combined; every course can accommodate 60 students. The programmes are so designed that the students get a strong base in the concerned field and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the business world. 

The admission process for programmes under Sherwood College of Professional Management differs from one programme to another. Admissions are done through the Combined Admission Test for BCA, BBA and BBA Tourism programmes. Direct admission can also be offered. The case is different for B.Com and B.Com Hons, where the admission rules governed by Lucknow University are followed. Students must particularly look into their chosen programme and prepare accordingly. SCM Lucknow has been working with the goal of providing an all-round academic experience. The Training and Placement Cell in the college helps the final-year students in pursuing career options by inviting various companies for campus recruitment. However, the institute may offer support to meritorious students.
