Located at Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, Shibnath Saha Teachers Training College is an institute dedicated to the pursuit of teacher education. Similarly, almost the same process shall be adopted for the D.El.Ed programme with adherence to the guidelines of the state government or UT administration.
