Shibnath Saha Teacher Training College is an eminent teacher education institution situated at Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. The admission guideline of D.El.Ed is almost identical to that of the B.Ed as they both follow the merit process. General eligibility involves the completion of higher secondary education through a recognized board.
