An affiliated college, Shitala Prasad Mahavidyalaya, is located at Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational institution that has many undergraduate and diploma courses within its compact campus of an area of 2.53 acres. This college has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education or NCTE for quality teacher training programmes. Shitala Prasad Mahavidyalaya admission is as follows for different courses. The merit-based course, is based on marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, as the policy of the state government and university dictates. A similar merit-based admission process has been followed for the D.El.Ed programme also, about qualifying examination marks and other entrance exams, if any, that are mandatory according to the state government. The specific admission procedure of the BA course is most likely to be a general merit-based admission process.
