Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level pharmacy education course offered by the University of Mumbai, Mumbai, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
For Maharashtra State Candidate and Outside Maharashtra State Candidate for admission to the first year of degree courses in Pharmacy.
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and Secured minimum 50% marks (minimum 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Physically Handicapped belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subject taking together.
Should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the competent authority.
Admission is based on the Out of the sanctioned intake of 60 at present 80 % of seats (i.e. 48 seats) are to be filled by the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. 12 seats are to be filled by the institute on the basis of an inter-se-merit list of the applications received.
