The College has library service is one of the best among the colleges of education in Punjab. The students are required to make use of library facilities regularly as a part of their curricular program. A variety of titles by eminent Foreign/Indian writers, with reference books, encyclopedias, and dictionaries, have been kept in the library room for the use of students. The library service is available up to 5 pm.

The College has a lab equipped with various models of different types of apparatus testing materials. The physical chemistry Biotechnology Laboratories have all the equipment in sufficient quantity so that each pupil teacher can perform their practicals individually. This lab consists of the Atlas of India and the Maps of India, and the world. In the SS Laboratory, different types of aids, textbooks, reference books, magazines, maps, globes, charts, and models are found. So our SS lab may be different as a form or group of rooms in which all written, audio, and visual materials pertinent to the social studies instructors are contained.

The College has a well-furnished Seminar Hall. It has a proper arrangement for setting up of required audiovisual aids like LCD & 01H11’, Public address system, etc.

The College has a lab containing an overhead Projector, Slide Projector (Manual and automatic), Epidiascope, DVD Player, TV & PA System. Computers are not something alien anymore; rather, they are a way of life. No successful manager of an entrepreneur can survive without fully utilizing the potential and speed that is given through computerization. That is why Shivam College of Education has created the most optimum and advanced computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center is Pentium IV processors equipped with the latest version of the software, and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on a totally cost-free basis.

The College has a spacious, clean, and well-maintained canteen on the college campus. The students can sit there in recess or in free periods.

The College has a first aid box with all emergency medicines in it, placed in the Dispensary room. The service of the local doctor on a need basis is provided to the student. An annual medical check-up is under consideration.

The College has a well-equipped Gymnasium that was established by the College on the campus. A trained physical education instructor was appointed by the college to train and monitor the students' and teachers' workouts. In this modern era and mechanical lifestyle, it was noticed that physical growth was often neglected. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, striking a balance between mental and physical development is inevitable. Obesity is a common problem among students nowadays. In order to create health awareness among the school students, the teacher trainee must be well acquainted with the handling of the GYM apparatus so that they can train the school students in the future.

The College has a provision for both indoor and outdoor games. The College has a well-maintained sports room. The college encourages the students to participate in the games.

The College has provided the convenience of the student bus facility is also provided which picks up and drops the students from various stops, from Lehra, Sunam town, and the Hostel.
