Diploma in Computer Science Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The total number of student to be admitted shall be equal to sanctioned intake capacity of the Polytechnic/Institute. E-2:-A consolidate merit list based on the marks obtained at qualifying examination i.e. Xth or in case of candidates eligible for priority i.e. those who have passed XIIth std.in Science Stream or have passed M.C.V.C examination at +2 stage shall be prepared arranging all applicants irrespective or Castes or categories in order of merit shall be prepared and every responsible admitting authority shall exhibit a provisional merit list indicating there marks obtained on the merit list. A candidate seeking admission to a course covered by the rules shall have a right to raise an objection against the credit marks obtained by another candidates if he/she has reason to believe that.
B-1:- For admission to the First year of Diploma course, the candidates must have passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education, Pune or any other equivalent Examination with:
B-2:- Those Applicants who passed XII Std. Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education(HSC) or its equivalent examination or those who have passed an M.C.V.C.examination at +2 level from the State shall have a priority over these courses under B-1 for admission to the First Year of Diploma Course.
