Shri Bhagwan Shiv PG College is an affiliated college that was established in 1999 at Umedpur Village, Etah, Uttar Pradesh. This institution is spread over a campus of 10 acres and provides a wide array of undergrad and diploma courses. The college is recognised and affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for its teacher education courses. Population size: 459 students enrolled across 6 courses in 5 degree programmes make the learning environment precise in Shri Bhagwan Shiv PG College. 

It is affiliated with Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).  For purposes of learning, Shri Bhagwan Shiv PG College has constructed various amenities that may help to improve the experience of learners and help them in their academic activities. A well-equipped seminar hall acts as a venue for guest lectures, project presentations, and workshops, completely equipped with the latest audiovisual facilities. The college library, on the other hand, is an important facility of the college, which provides so many academic resources to the students. To support practical learning, the institution has well-equipped laboratories and a computer laboratory with an internet connection. 

Students can always make use of sporting facilities, a gym, and a clean and healthy cafeteria.
