Shri Ram Institute of Science and Technology (SRIST) Jabalpur was established in the year 2007. It is a constituent college of the Shri Ram Group of Institutes (SRIT). Shri Ram Institute of Science and Technology offer courses in a total of 8 programmes in the disciplines of Engineering & Architecture and Management & Business Administration at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the BE, M.Tech and MBA degree courses.
For admissions, the SRIST Jabalpur accepts JEE Mains entrance test for UG courses followed by a counselling round; and for PG courses the institute conducts its own entrance test followed by a round of counselling. All of the SRIST Jabalpur courses have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Shri Ram Institute of Science and Technology is also an affiliated college of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (RGPV Bhopal).

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college should be improved. The classrooms are decent, but no projector is available in each class. Laboratories are also okay. The college library is well maintained and has good no. of books.
