Shri Visnu College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram was founded in the year 1997. It is a premier autonomous institution situated in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. It is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. Many Approvals such as those from the AICTE and PCI have been granted to this institution. Having an enrolment of 612 students in total and 53 as its faculty strength, the institute offers different programs in pharmacy. 

The institute has fully furnished facilities of all sorts to enhance the learning experience of its students. The library cum information center is one of the best among the pharmacy colleges in the state, having a collection of more than 12,519 volumes and 2,806 title books, journals, and digital resources. Other facilities include a well-equipped gym, sports facilities, and a health center with first-aid services. The IT infrastructure in the college is very good and enables the latest learning methodologies. The institute has spacious facilities in the form of an auditorium and seminar hall for interactive sessions and presentations, along with a cafeteria for relaxation and socializing purposes.

Shri Visnu College of Pharmacy offers various programs right from the undergraduate to postgraduate levels in the field of pharmacy. The institute offers one undergraduate course in B.Pharma, and various postgraduate programs in M.Pharma, including Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control, and Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance.
