As per last year, the required documents list for admission in MBBS in Shridevi Institute of Medical Sciences does not mention bank guarantee. The following documents are required -

• 10th Marks Card/Birth Certificate
• PUC/10+2 marks card
• Candidates study certificate for 7 years including 10th or 12th
• Caste and Income certificate ( if applicable )
• Rural certificate ( if applicable )
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Aadhar Card of Student
• PAN Card of the Parent
• Online undertaking for Anti Ragging
• 6 passport size recent colour photograph of student
• Execution of bond candidates by KEA
• Father & Mother Passport size photo each

It is important to note that this is according to last years' requirement. Keep checking the college site and kea website for this years'  information.

The Shridevi Institute of Medical Science is one among the top private colleges situated in Tumkur , karnataka. The annual fee for the MBBS course is around 8- 8.5 lakh rupees.

Students securing marks as per the cut off decided during the counseling are eligible to spy for the college.
